   9             If <em class="parameter"><code>pipeline</code></em> is zero, or if <code class="constant">pipeline</code> is not the
  10             name of a program pipeline object, or if an error occurs, <code class="function">glIsProgramPipeline</code>
  11             returns <code class="constant">GL_FALSE</code>. If <em class="parameter"><code>pipeline</code></em> is a name returned by
  12             <a href="glGenProgramPipelines.xml"><span class="citerefentry"><span class="refentrytitle">glGenProgramPipelines</span></span></a>, but that
  13             has not yet been bound through a call to <a href="glBindProgramPipeline.xml"><span class="citerefentry"><span class="refentrytitle">glBindProgramPipeline</span></span></a>,
