* gnu/packages/patches/doxygen-gcc-ice.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/documentation.scm (doxygen)[inputs]: Add "gcc-ice-patch"
on armhf-* only.
[arguments]: Add 'apply-gcc-patch' phase on armhf-* only.
