gnu: khal: Skip the test suite.

* gnu/packages/calendar.scm (khal)[arguments]: Disable the test suite. Remove
the custom 'check' phase.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-pytest, python-pytest-cov, python-freezegun,
tzdata-for-tests, and vdirsyncer.
