* gnu/packages/bootloaders.scm (grub, dtc): Use flex instead of flex-2.6.1.
* gnu/packages/embedded.scm (propeller-binutils, binutils-vc4): Likewise.
* gnu/packages/maths.scm (scotch): Likewise.
* gnu/packages/wine.scm (wine): Likewise.
