libpq/FFI/README

   1 The things in this directory were generated automatically by SML/NJ
   2 NLFFI tools. I'm not sure how that works out with redistributing them,
   3 but here they are all the same! I've actually modified them slightly
   4 to make an abstract type for connections visible outside this library.
