Fix bidi-aware cursor motion inside indentation.

 src/xdisp.c (Fcurrent_bidi_paragraph_direction): Fix search for previous
 non-empty line.  Fixes confusing cursor motion with arrow keys at
 the beginning of a line that starts with whitespace.
