Change the binding of "e" in info-mode.

* doc/lispref/maps.texi (Standard Keymaps): Refer to Info-edit by name
rather than by keybinding.

* lisp/info.el (Info-mode-map): Bind e to end-of-buffer, rather
than Info-edit.
