(dframe-update-speed): Drop support for XEmacs < 20.
(dframe-frame-mode): Drop support for Emacs < 20.
(dframe-set-timer-internal): Drop support for Emacs without timers.
(dframe-popup-kludge): Use mouse-menu-major-mode-map if defined.
