gnu: xmonad: Add patch to support dynamic linking.

* gnu/packages/patches/xmonad-dynamic-linking.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/wm.scm (xmonad)[source]: Use it.
