Use `scm_from_latin1_stringn' in `objcodes.c'.

* libguile/objcodes.c (make_objcode_by_mmap): Use
  `scm_from_latin1_stringn', not `scm_from_locale_stringn', to display
  the invalid cookie in the error case.
