channels: Properly diagnose test failure.

This fixes a style issue similar to that of
a18d02def9862dfb9b7a5e3d5aa3b541b066d198.

* tests/channels.scm ("authenticate-channel, .guix-authorizations"):
Change to 'test-equal' so that test failures are properly diagnosed.
