gnu: knot: Add configuration fields.

* gnu/services/dns.scm (knot-zone-configuration)[zonefile-load]
[journal-content, max-journal-usage, max-journal-depth, max-zone-size]:
New fields.
(knot-zone-config): Serialize them.
* doc/guix.texi (DNS Services): Document them.
