gnu: godot: Remove unused bundled libraries from the source.

While at it, also use system libvpx.

* gnu/packages/game-development.scm (godot)[source](snippet): New field.
[arguments]: Add "builtin_libvpx=no" to #:scons-flags.
[inputs]: Add LIBVPX.
