gnu: knot: Enable XDP.

* gnu/packages/dns.scm (knot)[source]: Snip out bundled libbpf sources.
[arguments]: Add ‘--enable-xdp=auto’ to #:configure-flags.
Add a ‘link-missing-libbpf-dependency’ phase.
[inputs]: Add libbpf and libelf.
