Modern Kerberos disallows DES crypto methods, but openafs for protocol reasons is stuck using des for the time being. Rather than force all afs realms to enable weak crypto, MIT added an undocumented API call to allow openafs to skirt around the weak crypto restrictions. Since we're implementing aklog for Apache, we have to be evil and use it too in order to acquire tokens on a system where weak crypto is not permitted. -- Clinton Ebadi Sat, 08 Sep 2012 00:34:41 -0400 libapache-mod-waklog (1.02) stable; urgency=low [ megacz ] * remove mod-auth-kerb from list of required modules [ Ryan Jud Hughes ] * Fix build issues on CentOS [ Clinton Ebadi ] * Update mod_waklog for 2012 * Build with apache2 by default (1.3 still works in theory) * Only build Debian package `libapache2-mod-waklog' (apache 1.3 is no longer in Debian) * Left alone otherwise (not quite conformant with the latest package standards) -- Clinton Ebadi Sun, 02 Sep 2012 17:16:02 -0400 libapache-mod-waklog (1.01) unstable; urgency=low * Applied patch Simon Wilkinson , fixed a bug, modified mod_waklog to not leave droppings in /tmp -- Adam Megacz Thu, 18 Jun 2009 13:49:59 -0700 libapache-mod-waklog (1.0) unstable; urgency=low * The 1.0 release -- Adam Megacz Thu, 18 Jun 2009 13:48:42 -0700 libapache-mod-waklog (0.994) unstable; urgency=low * apply patch to include libopenafs-dev as build dependency and libapache2-webauth as alternative to libapache2-mod-auth-kerb, from Jon Robertson -- megacz Sun, 26 Oct 2008 14:16:56 -0800 libapache-mod-waklog (0.993) unstable; urgency=low * apply modwaklog-security.patch from Simon Wilkinson -- megacz Tue, 15 Jan 2008 12:28:45 -0800 libapache-mod-waklog (0.991) unstable; urgency=low * swap order of AFS_LIBS and KRB5_LIBS to get the correct libcom_err.a -- megacz Mon, 14 Jan 2008 15:53:28 -0800 libapache-mod-waklog (0.99) unstable; urgency=low * Initial release -- Adam Megacz Thu, 22 Mar 2007 21:05:30 -0700
