Integrate Wilson II features into x-ends

Sized for Prusa i3/Wilson geometry with M8 linear rods. Basic work,
needs cleanup before being usable.

Added:
 * Leadscrew nut
 * Motor wire strain relief, endstop switch zip tie cut
 * Tensioner notch and anti-pitch ridges
