+ - 1lbs ground lamb
+ - 1 red bell pepper chopped and then run through a blender
+ - 3 gloves garlic finely chopped
+ - Smallish yellow onion diced
+

+Dice up the vegetables and blend together in a blender. Mix the
+result with the meat. Cook.

+ - 1 cup white onion (diced)
+ - 7 cloves garlic (chopped)
+ - 1 1/4 cup red pepper (diced)
+ - 2 tbsp fresh flat parsley (chopped)
+ - 2 tbsp crushed red pepper
+ - 2 tsp ground cumin
+ - 1 tbsp sumac
+ - 1 tsp koshering salt
+ - 1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves (chopped)
+ - 1 1/2 lbs ground lamb
+ - 1/2 lbs ground beef (85% lean for binding)
+ - 2 tbsp white flour

+ 1. Mix everything together well and refrigerate for at least one hour
+ 2. Form into whateveer
+ 3. Grill for a few minutes per side *or* broil for ~7 minutes per side
