3 large avacados (peeled and pitted, natÃ¼rlich)
2 limes
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
2 or 3 diced roma tomatoes (diced)
1 tbsp garlic (minced)
3/4 cup diced white onion

Mash the avacados, lime juice, and salt together
Add everything else and mix up

15ish Fresh Habaneros
1 Mango
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp molasses
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp koshering or sea salt
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp paprika

Put on gloves and perhaps a respirator and goggles to avoid death +by capsaicin
Peel and pit the Mango (naturally)
Place everything into a food processor
Whir about until it turns into some kind of paste (60ish seconds +seems fine)
Transfer to a pan, cover, and simmer for around five minutes
Store in a jar and refrigerate
Destroy your tastebuds
