* configure.in (AC_CHECK_HEADERS): Test for rxposix.h,
rx/rxposix.h.  Add library rx only if regcomp can't be found
without it.

* acconfig.h (HAVE_REGCOMP): Added it here since autoheader misses
it for some reason!
