(Parallel Forms): In parallel, letpar, par-map,
n-par-map and n-for-each-par-map, describe each form as being in its
own thread, not a new thread, since for instance the calling thread is
used when only one form.  Plus typo in n-for-each-par-map example
equivalent for-each + n-par-map.
