Don't store generated files in the repository any more.  Instead,
require people to run autogen.sh on trees from snapshots and CVS.
* Makefile.in, acconfig.h, aclocal.m4, configure: Deleted.
* autogen.sh: New file.
* ANON-CVS, SNAPSHOTS: Updated instructions.
