(custom-group-value-create): Pass that arg.
(custom-buffer-create-internal): Clarify initial documentation.

(custom-tree-group-tag): Capitalize the tag.
(custom-tree-variable-tag, custom-tree-face-tag): Likewise.
(customize-browse): Corresponding changes.
