gnu: xfig: Remove wrapper and clean up implementation.

* gnu/packages/xorg.scm (%app-defaults-dir): Make public.
* gnu/packages/xfig.scm (xfig)[attributes]: Remove wrapper and set
the XAPPLOADDIR in the Imakefile instead.
