gnu: lollypop: Peel off duplicate wrapper.

* gnu/packages/gnome.scm (lollypop)[arguments]: Take down some at-ats
with proper module imports and prefixing.  Remove the redundant
‘wrap-glib-or-gtk’ phaseis already run by the MESON-BUILD-SYSTEM.
