* gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (macs): Update to 2.2.6.
[source]: Fetch from git.
[arguments]: Enable tests, build with default Python.
[inputs]: Replace python2-numpy with python-numpy.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest.
