gnu: ding: Use 'inputs' in build phases instead of '%build-inputs'.

In build phases, the former is preferred.

* gnu/packages/dictionaries.scm
  (ding)[arguments]<#:phases>{install}: Use 'inputs' argument instead
  of '%build-inputs'.
