* aclocal.m4 (GUILE_STRUCT_UTIMBUF): Use AC_CACHE_CHECK instead of
AC_CACHE_VAL; #define UTIMBUF_NEEDS_POSIX outside AC_CACHE_VAL, so
it gets done whether or not the cache variable has a value.
