Remove the TOTORO kludge.  We're not doing snapshots any more, so
totoro is completely uninvolved.
* configure.in: Remove code to check the hostname and #define
TOTORO.
* acconfig.h: Remove comments for TOTORO symbol.
* configure, Makefile.in: Regenerated.
