Add `-lgc' to `Libs' in `guile-2.0.pc'.

This accounts for the fact that some public Guile macros and inline
functions use libgc functions.

* meta/guile-2.0.pc.in (Libs.private): Move @BDW_GC_LIBS@ to...
  (Libs): ... here.  Reported by Hans Aberg <haberg-1@telia.com>.

* meta/guile-2.0-uninstalled.pc.in: Likewise.
