(ediff-cond-compile-for-xemacs-or-emacs): Remove.
(top-level, ediff-frame-iconified-p): Simplify if+and to just and.
(ediff-read-event, ediff-overlayp, ediff-make-overlay, ediff-delete-overlay):
Move the XEmacs test inside the definition.
