(c-macro-expansion): changed the algorithm to allow
__FILE__ and __LINE__ directives to be expanded correctly.
(c-macro-expansion): use a forth optional argument DISPLAY meaning
it should print messages at the start and end of preprocessing.
All callers changed.
(c-macro-expand): Don't display message here.
